I.T. Technical Writing
Technical writing effectively describes the technical components of an I.T. system. Includes functional specifications (what users require the system to do), design specifications, network diagrams and topology, service level agreements, IT security guidelines, Help Systems and more.

End User Documentation
User documentation explains to non-technical and technical audiences how to use one or many components of an IT system. For example, this may teach audiences how to use an accounts payable module, a HR module, or a warehouse logistics module. User documentation is often explained in plain language with screen clips and other graphics and tutorials for assessment purposes.

Policy and Procedure Documentation
Wordlink can create on-line or hardcopy documents that describe the general and specific policies, procedures and processes that make a particular company work. Procedure documentation can help all staff and management work to the same guidelines and rules.

Instruction Manuals & Guides
Hard copy or on-line documents that describe how to use a specific piece of equipment: ranging from a content management system, to an installed application or piece of software.

Training Needs Analyses
Wordlink can accurately determine what staff don't know, what you'd like them to know, and what training has to be completed to fill the gap. A Gap Analysis.

General System Documentation
Wordlink can document what might cover simple but critical issues such as day to day basic office procedures - how the mail is organised, rosters, shut down/start up procedures, call handling and so on.
